ADULT SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Adult Sports events are open to all Active Duty personnel, DOD civilians and dependents at least eighteen years of age, out of high school and with valid ID. For all Captains’ Cup events participants must compete as part of their primary command. Captain’s Cup points will be awarded for all Captains’ Cup events. Team trophies will be presented to the top three finishers. For more details regarding any Adult Sports activity please call the Adult Sports Office at 241-2955 | 046-896-2955.

Teams must register by 1700 Wednesday, April 15 at the Fitness, Sports & Deployed Forces Office. Coaches/Captains meeting at 1130, Thursday April 16 at the Fitness, Sports & Deployed Forces Office on the third floor of the Fleet Recreation Center. Participants must play with their own command.

2015 Intramural Spring Softball A & B League

Teams must register by 1700 Thursday, April 23 at the Fitness, Sports & Deployed Forces Office. Coaches/Team meeting on site on April 25 at 0845. Participants must play with their own command.

The Amazing Race Yokosuka
Saturday, April 18 • Race begins at 0900 • Red Brick Area
Multiple teams will race throughout CFAY, earning points by completing mental and physical challenges, to be crowned the winners and take home the grand prize! How to participate: Application are available March 16 at the American Red Cross Yokosuka office and the USO. Submit completed application and payment to the American Red Cross Yokosuka office; space is limited to 20 teams. Cost is $10/person, 16 years and older and must apply as a team of four. MUDDERS DAY MUD RUN

Deadline for Early-Registration is Monday, May 4
Join up for our very unique way to honor all of the wonderful hard working Mothers out there. Each person will have to drag themselves in and out of a mud pit and hurl their shaking body over obstacles to survive. Early-Registration is $15 or Same-Day Registration is $20. Not sure you want to run? Volunteer instead! Our Volunteers have a blast with this one too.

Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System (NOFFS)
First Wednesday of every month
Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System provides the Navy with the best in class physical fitness and nutrition information for sailors, allowing the Navy to maintain peak, physical readiness which is a top priority of the 21st Century Sailor & Marine Initiative. Conducted every first Wednesday of the month, NOFFS is a 1-day certification that teaches sailors how to properly conduct a NOFFS workout.
