Austenitic Yoga: Flexibility is not necessary. Just concentrate your body. Learn how to connect with your body and mind with basic steps, some asana & breathing. Just feel the energy!

Body Bar with Tami: Revitalize your fitness workout with this fusion of high and low cardio moves. This class is designed to be an intense quick moving endurance workout and incorporates the Body Bar the whole time for the ultimate strength training and toning. (Multi Levels Offered).

Body Tone: the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Boot Camp: This fun and motivating circuit training class incorporates cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and core training using resistance bands, body weight, and body bars.

Cardio Kickboxing / Drills: A heart pounding cardio workout thru kickboxing and resistance training surely to make you sweat while whipping your muscles into shape.

Circuit Training: This class will focus on a circuit format where you will utilize cardio and strength training moves to get a total body workout. All aerobic moves will incorporate a strengthening tool. Every class is uniquely different. (Multi Levels Offered).

CORevolution: Combines the intensity of low impact indoor cycling with an equally intense core muscle workout, alternating between cycling intervals and core strength intervals.

Latin Dance and sculpting: Looking for a new way to exercise? This Latin Dance workout puts together favorite Latin Dance moves form Meringue, Salsa, Bachata and Quebradita to keep you moving. Move to the exciting rhythms of both Hip- Hop and Latin sounds while burning calories and creating strength and muscle endurance. follow by toning body condition.

NOFFS: The Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling Series (NOFFS) is designed to provide a world-class performance training resource. Exercises are
designed to replicate many of the activities we all use to throughout our daily lives – lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying – and is sure to give you a great total body workout. Open to the entire.

Power Dance: An exercise class that improves cardio while we do dance movements as well as improves agility and burns calories.

Power Play: Tone, sculpt & strengthen your body using a mixture of resistance bands, barbells and your own body weight.

Power Yoga /Easy Power Yoga: Considered a “sweaty” aerobic from of yoga, often touted as “a workout that enhanced your lifestyle” it is often characterized as boot camp yoga.

PT TOTS: Geared for children under age 5 to provide a positive, nurturing relationship between the child and parent while providing safe, stimulating and challenging activities. Parents observe and participate actively with their child enjoying an inclusive and non-competitive atmosphere. Class provides experiences that can influence a child’s outlook on physical activity for life.

Relaxation Yoga: This method aims to bring the body to perfect health through physical poses, breathing techniques and meditation.

SPIN/Indoor Cycling: Intense, low impact INDOOR Cycling class to help you achieve a terrific cardio workout.

Step: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises on the Step Bench designed to promote muscular strength, range of movement and increase and maintain the heart rate at each individuals burning level.

Triple Fusion: This exercise combine 3 class in to one. Approximately 20-min. cardio, 20min resistance training, 20min stretching and relaxation.

TRX: known as the “Organic Fitness”, by utilizing each individual’s own weight and strength. This 1 hour progressive training class is designed to dramatically improve the fitness levels for any beginner, intermediate or advance participant, (Please check out your TRX on the 4th floor prior to class.)

TRX/AB-Core Strengthening: This class is a unique blend of strengthening core moves that flow together with TRX SUSPENSION Training. The base of this class will speed up and slow down for the ultimate Interval Training.

Water (Aqua) Aerobics: Grab your swimsuits & get ready for a great workout that is low impact but a great calorie burner. Come out and feel energized!

Zumba: Ditch the workout, Join the Party! Feel the music and let loose while getting yourself into shape with this one hour Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party.
